Our commitment to systems, good governance and quality

As a provider and proponent of systems, good governance and quality in practice, it makes sense that DBell Consulting walks the walk, and talks the talk.

To demonstrate our commitment to developing fit-for-purpose systems, we’ve successfully certified our Quality Management System to ISO 9001.

The commitments that we make:

  • Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct outlines the expectations of our consultants and auditors in order to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients by promoting ethical behaviour, professionalism, and integrity in the Consulting and Auditing profession (read more).
  • IMS Policy: Our IMS Policy outlines our commitment to establishing an Integrated Management System (IMS) that meets the needs of the business, our clients, and the requirements of other interested parties (read more below, or download).

DBell Consulting IMS Policy

DBell Consulting is a specialist consulting firm that offers a wide range of governance, risk and compliance management services to its clients. This includes the provision of management support, management system design and development, and audit services relating to ISO Management System standards, including compliance with relevant legislation and client industry requirements.

We are committed to establishing an Integrated Management System (IMS) that meets the needs of the business, our clients, and the requirements of other interested parties.

To achieve this aim we commit to:

    • Developing scalable and fit-for-purpose solutions that add value for our clients.

    • Setting of clear business, quality, environmental and health and safety objectives designed to enhance and improve performance.

    • Eliminating hazards and reducing risks to health and safety through the development of appropriate processes that prevent the causes of work-related illness and injury.

    • Identifying and controlling business activities to protect the environment, including the reduction of emissions, waste and the inefficient use of resources and energy.

    • Fulfilling applicable regulatory, industry and third-party standards, customer and other requirements that apply to our business.

    • Providing the necessary support, resources and supervision to personnel and contractors as is necessary to enable them to perform their work.

    • Empowering our people to accept responsibility for the effective implementation of the Integrated Management System through open consultation and participation.

    • Periodically reviewing and auditing the IMS to highlight deficiencies and areas for improvement. Through this process we aim to mature and continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.

We engage our people to support our Integrated Management System by:

    • Providing knowledge and awareness of the DBell Consulting IMS Policy and emphasising the importance of adherence with its purpose.

    • Identifying and addressing any non-conformity with our IMS Policy and values.

    • Effectively communicating new efficiencies, innovations and opportunities for improvement.
