ISNetworld® (ISN®) serves as a database for online contractor safety management designed to streamline companies’ and contractors’ compliance pre-qualification processes. It works to help contractors, suppliers and hiring clients to ensure regulatory compliance.

It is common practice nowadays for most companies (such as ISN Hiring Clients) to conduct due diligence of their suppliers and contractors.
In past years these companies would send lengthy pre-qualification questionnaires to their supply chain partners to complete and return. How do I address ISNetworld requirements as a Supplier or Contractor?
Contractors and suppliers submit insurance, regulatory, risk and health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) information as requested by Hiring Clients into ISN.
Once collected, the ISN Review and Verification Services (RAVS) Team reviews the information to assess the accuracy, relevance and timeliness of the data. Using this information, Hiring Clients connect with contractors and suppliers in ISNetworld that meet their qualification requirements.
What does the term RAVS® mean?
RAVS® is an acronym for “Review and Verification Services” and is part of the ISN® review process.
ISNetworld® performs a review of your safety manuals and plans, safety protocols, and safety programs, which you’ll upload into the ISN RAVS portal.
How often do I need to provide my processes, documents and performance data into ISNetworld?
Different kinds of information and documentation will be uploaded in accordance with Hiring Client requirements, and ISN standards for keeping up-to-date records of your management system processes. In general, this can include:
- Monthly provision of your health, safety and environmental performance data.
- Annual provision of insurance certificates and other regulatory records.
- Three-yearly updates of your management system processes into the RAVS portal.
